Mount R S A Mother's Day

This Mother's Day the restaurant was opened at lunch time, much to the delight of the members, and was well patronised with 120 bookings, all the ladies were supplied with a complimentary wine and I heard a whisper also that there were quite a few chocolates to be had. Everyone enjoyed their lunch with the entertainment provided by "Tellstar" making a great afternoon.

There were also many patrons for the evening meal and the entertainment was provided from 4.30pm by "Twin Zounds" for the rest of the evening.

HELP FOR THE ELDERLY

I was recently advised about a new website from our Welfare Officer, for helping elderly people to obtain information that they want, and have difficulty in finding products and services for the Elderly in Tauranga/Mount Maunganui/Papamoa/ Katikati /

Te Puke / Taranaki / Horowhenua, and growing all the time.

They have all of the contacts and information that you will need in one great website that is packed with useful listings and information.

With this is mind I have put a link on our home page in the left hand column - AHC
